Michelle made all the difference for me after a fall that created a lot of residual pain. Her practice fit me into her schedule the same day I called and went above and beyond to advise, support and improve my neck and shoulder pain. I could not suggest her practice more for anyone looking for pain management and overcoming injury.
Dr. Heppner and Dr. Hamilton and all their associates are absolutely stellar! I had been to chiropractors before, but the experiences here have been in a league if their own - that is outstanding! I recommend them all in the highest!
I was sent to Dr. Heppner for some chronic back pain. I almost canceled my appointment because I'm one of those, "it will probably just work itself out" type of people. I decided to go to my appointment anyway and I'm thankful I did. After a short appointment, I walked out standing upright with no pain at all. Dr. Heppner and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and generally cared about helping me fix my issues. If you have a problem with your back, Dr. Heppner is your solution.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Michelle Heppner and Dr. Alicia Hamilton should you need chiropractic care. I recently sustained a serious rib injury and I believe their professional expertise, healing modalities, and mindful care provided exactly what I needed. Add to that the loving-kindness and professionalism of Cindy Bitrick, Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant, and I believe you won’t find any better chiropractic team in Charlottesville.
I am very pleased with Dr. Michelle Heppner, Dr. Alicia Hamilton, Cindy Bitrik and the entire staff. Dr. Heppner treated me with respect and understanding while listening to my whiplash injury. She greeted me with a friendly demeanor and was willing to treat me as a whole person, including my yoga routine and running. She was very gentle, talking me through every procedure. Now, I am healed, thanks to the care I received through Heppner Family Chiropractic and Wellness Center! (I miss the smiles and friendly atmosphere!)
