Dr Helton and her nurse are very caring and listens to your concerns and questions.
Worst PCP I've ever had. Bad attitude, doesn't care, seems bored when you see her. Usually has a student come in and take a history and then comes in for less than 2 or 3 minutes. Unprofessional. When I refuse to take a medication because of side effects, instead of helping me find an alternative, she says there's nothing else she can do.
Worst doctor anywhere. My wife has been on the same medication for over a year and this doctor refuses to call it in on time. Every month we have to wait 3-4 days after shes out of medication for this doctor to call in the pre-authorization and then wait another day for it to be filled. If your medication is critical to your survival, find another doctor. Dr Helton will let you run out of meds and die.
