Honestly, I loved the care I received, but the billing department is a disaster. My explanation of benefits versus the bill they sent me in the mail makes no sense. The numbers do not add up. I spoke with their billing department then my insurance company and then they’re referring me back to their billing department because they can’t see certain things like taxes or added warranties or anything of that nature. I paid out-of-pocket in the office for my frames and lenses for glasses which I expect but then I got another bill... read more
