What a beautiful and healing experience! I went in with tense upper body and was trying to recover from stress. The minute I went on the table I felt this ease with Haylee. She brings such a peaceful energy to her practice. I am very fortunate that I got to experience a moment of healing from this wonderful human being. Do yourself a favor and go see Haylee, your body will thank you later 🙏
Love the vibes, the affordable treatment options. I feel Michelle is present with me and knowledgeable. I appreciate other services available such as reflexology directly after a session which I have done twice now and really felt the benefits. I appreciate the membership options that make acupuncture more accessible in an area where practitioners are scarce

I've beens seeing Dr. Michelle (owner of Zen Den) for over 10 years. She is incredibly skilled in her craft (I've had massage, acupuncture, and cupping). She also has a warm yet straight forward and informative bed side manner. Today I had my first massage with Haylee, who was incredible. Very intuitive and natural in her approach to helping alleviate my back pain and overall stress. Highly recommend Zen Den!
From the moment I walked in, the space felt calming and welcoming. Haylee was warm, professional, and incredibly intuitive—she knew exactly where to focus and adjusted pressure perfectly. I left feeling completely renewed, with all my tension melted away. Easily one of the most therapeutic and grounding massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
