I am retiring in a few months... I always dreamed of a Florida home, to use in the winter... snowbird! My budget was not large, but I wanted to own the land and the home; no rentals. Michelle was there for multiple houses that my wife and I looked at during the summer of 2021. This was not the best time for buying a house. My wife and I needed a house to get us out of our ever increasing rent situation. We were approved for a VA Loan, for which I don’t know was an advantage or disadvantage. Anyway, Michelle was was very knowledgeable about what we could or could not ask for from the seller. We did end up with a house in July of 2021.
Where do I start I guess with trust I have never truly met this realtor in person but all of my realty business has been conducted with such a professional courteous manner I've never met someone as true to their job as Michelle she has pointed me in all the right directions not to mention all the wonderful property owning or selling suggestions that pop up every now and then with great information on how to live a better life and do things a better way to top it all off at Christmas the cutest little Christmas card arrives ... read more
