Dr Gainty is a great Dr, I've had very pleasant visits with her. However, there is a woman at the front desk that is very rude and unprofessional to the point that I am now filing a complaint through patient advocacy. Im honestly ready to find a different OB to avoid any more unpleasant interactions with this woman, if the situation cant be remedied. I wouldn't advise anyone to choose this office because id hate for another pregnant woman to leave here as upset as I have twice now, after interacting with this individual.
I’m so disappointed. I waited 4 months for my appt. The weather was bad, traffic was horrible, and I had to park in the outpatient parking lot in order to find a space. I started running in the rain, through the outpatient department over to the professional building. I was 2 minutes past my grace period and I was turned around. The front desk clerk Crystal looked at the time and immediately told me I was late and needed to reschedule. I cried in the parking lot. This was a horrible first experience. I love Dr. Gainty. Her front desk staff was friendly but they gave my sister a very hard time on her first visit . I was so disappointed in her staff. Because I spoke so highly of the staff . I love that Dr. Gainty doesn't rush your visits. She sits and listens to your concerns and answer your questions. No problem in the Pooler office, but I'm very disappointed in the Savannah office staff
Dr. Gainty is truly Amazing. She made my first time mom experience very memorable & absolutely comfortable my entire pregnancy. From the first time we met and to post partum she has been there to support me through my pregnancy every step of the way making sure I was doing well. I highly recommend Dr.Gainty and her office. Everyone is very nice, professional and very welcoming.
Dr. Gainty took over as my OB for Dr. Bebeau, who went on maternity leave to welcome her own bundle of joy. I was well taken care of and made to feel very comfortable and respected. Dr. Gainty is very kind, funny, and makes the whole experience feel like you’re in the hands of a good friend. She is so smart and eased my analytical brain with reassurance backed by science on plenty of occasions.
