The offices were tidy. The staff is welcoming, kind and efficient. Dr. Gainty is excellent, patient and knowledgeable! She listens. This makes her exceptional! Can't recommend her enough!
Dr. Gainty was well informed about my circumstances and gave me options to take care of it. She was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family, young and old. Thank you Dr. Gainty for making me feel comfortable.
This review reflects only my experience with the front desk staff, not with Dr. Gainty, as I never even had the chance to meet her. My original morning appointment was cancelled by the office and rescheduled for a later afternoon date. That timing wasn’t ideal for me, but I arranged childcare and adjusted school pickup so I could make it work. I was told this was the only availability for months. When my former OBGYN office closed, I was worried I wouldn't find another specialist like Dr. Barrett, but Dr. Gainty has proved me wrong. She is kind, professional, and very thorough. She listens carefully to my concerns and addresses them without rushing me out the door.
