He was very unhelpful and expressed silent dissatisfaction with his career. I felt like just stepped on poop. He was judging us by talking low on how expensive stones cost implying that we couldn’t afford it. We had to walk out of his store to preserve my dignity.
The price was not bad for my chain and ring took only about 40 minutes my jewelry was back to normal they do good service best repair shop
They should work on their customer service. Definitely not good.
The guy inside didn’t speak much English had no knowledge on gold also try to keep putting chunky rings on my fingers and was kept grabbing my hand to put them on when I fully capable of doing my self I don’t appreciate the owner trying to grab my hand that just not professional never seen a jewelry store do that before! So unprofessional !!!
These guys have resized several of my mom's rings for me, and I have bought some amazing pieces over the years. The jewelry they offer is outstanding and unique. Awesome customer service
