Michelle is wonderful.. she pays attention and takes her time to understand your feelings. She’s a great doctor!
Called 3 times trying to make an appointment. Every time the automated system put me on hold for more than 5 minutes. Never spoke to a live person. Finally just gave up and went elsewhere.
Nice practice and their staff is nice, My frustration is that every time I ask for an appointment to see De La Riva she is to busy for me, It is disrespectful to me that I am told exactly that when requesting an appt with her.
The front desk was efficient and friendly. The parking Okay. The doctor excellent. Concerned and a listener.
