I had called the office and left a message for the nurse to call me back to let me know if it was too soon to get my allergy shot. No one called me back so I just went in, but the office was great as usual. Apparently, the calls go to somewhere in Miami and no one calls you back, per the office.
This clinic repeatedly stops my sons allergy treatment so they can reset the dosage back to the beginning. Thus the insurance pays them for a whole new cycle of injections. Extremely dishonest. Also they schedule so many patients that waiting time is around an hour for 5 minutes with the dr.
Doctor is great but office is poorly run. Not enough nurses and over scheduling. I waited for 2.5 hours!!!!Unjustifiable by any measure even for a good doctor! There were no rooms available, and then over an hour in the room without anyone coming to check if I am comfortable. If they knew of a delay they should have given me an option to come later, or at least water or a snack.
I have been a patient of Dr. Michelle Eisenfeld for several years and have always received compassionate, highly qualified, professional treatment. She is an excellent listener and takes the time to respond to my concerns. With her knowledge and expertise, my asthma is fully under control with medications and regular injections. She is an outstanding physician in the specialty of asthma and allergy.
I have a great experience with Dr. Eisenfeld! I've been seeing her for several months now, and I can say that I've found my allergist! She's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. When I first started seeing her, I was feeling awful. Now, my allergies are finally becoming controlled! My nurse Wilna is also very nice, professional, and always willing to help.
