Dr. Egan is fine once you get in for an appointment, but working with her staff on refilling prescriptions is a nightmare. They've called mine to the wrong place multiple times, they send short and unhelpful responses in MyChart (if they answer at all), they don't answer the phone often at the office. If it's important to you to have ease of communication and ease of prescription management I recommend finding another office.
Easy check in/out. Good appointment available. Great staff. One concern Dr. Egan's computer contintues to die midway through the appointment. Where are the tech guys or just provide the good doc with a new computer. Love Dr. Egan
I had been waiting for months for my upcoming physical appt. w/ Dr. Egan that had been previously rescheduled and confirmed only to log into my chart days before my appt to see that my appt no longer existed. I called the office and they told me they left me messages saying they had to reschedule. However, I do not have any messages from the office on my end or in my chart. Dr Egan is fantastic. Takes the time to really get to know you and discuss all concerns. Keeps me on track for all necessary screenings and blood work. Entire office staff is lovely.
Very good listener and allows you to be an active participant in your plan. Highly recommend!
