VERY good experience with Dr Ecker. She was thorough, interested, knowledgeable and personable. I felt confident and comfortable.
First and foremost let start by saying that I really can understand why people like Dr. Ecker. And personally I do not think she is a bad person but I did not have a great experience. I came here due to recommendations from the neighborhood Facebook page in hopes to find a reliable primary care Dr. I also see an integrative health specialist with the marcus institute but that’s not for primary care. This was my second visit. I lost my Doctor I had for years. My 1st visit was a new patient visit with Doctor Ecker. This time I saw Dr Tam. They are both great approachable doctors easy to talk with. I feel they give the kind of care we used to get. They take their time and actively listen to what I was saying. I am going to stay with the practice. The office staff is polite and very helpful too.
Dr. Ecker is awesome. Her bedside manner, thorough review of my health history and moving forward suggestions was great. Highly recommend!
