had no issues with Dr Wood during my time as a patient. The care I received was good, and I appreciated the doctor’s professionalism. Unfortunately, I had to switch providers because they no longer accept my insurance. However, when I called to request my medical records be transferred to my new doctor for continuing treatment, I was told that the office “owns” my medical records and that I would need to sign a record release form. Dr. Woods is the best!! I seen her throughout my highrisk pregnancy after previously having a fullterm stillborn while seeing a a different doctor. Dr. Woods listened to every concern and went above and beyond for me and my baby. Thanks to her I now have my healthy 5 month old rainbow baby and plan on seeing her again for my next pregnancy!
Now I understand the bad reviews! Dr woods was as inept as they come- she was also dismissive and rude! Not very knowledgeable, and even after I express my concern, she ignored me. Please don’t go here if you want someone that actually cares about you and wants to help, and not just collect a paycheck.
