No appointment confirmation call. Wrong address on ZocDoc. Told different information each time I called to inquire about my appointment. Just all around bad experience. I drove all the way out to her Humble location only to be closed. Called and was told it was going to be a virtual visit. Then called again and was told that she wasn’t accepting new patients.
