Dr. Benton has been my PCP for many years. First experience was when she was taking over Dr. Robert Taylor’s patients in Rolesville. Then her practice was moved to Knightdale and I liked her so much that I continued with her as my doctor. Fortunately, a couple of years ago UNC opened an office near me on Rogers Road so of course I moved with Dr. Benton again. She has always provided me with excellent medical care. Now at 79, I’m happy to have a doctor who knows me well and treats me in a friendly, professional manner.
Dr. Benton and her team should absolutely be a mirror of the importance between patient and physician relationships. They are always up front, friendly, kind, courteous, and continue to keep smiles on their faces throughout this entire pandemic. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Benton and her team along with the professionalism presented with each visit whether in person or video.
