Incompetent staff. Impossible to make an appointment. Had to spell my last name which isn’t that difficult 5 times. Won’t make an appointment without insurance information. I don’t care how good the doctor is. It’s not worth the aggravation.
This should be zero stars! I made an initial in person visit with this provider on Dec 22, 2023 for Mar 13, 2024. On Feb 28, 2024 this appointment was arbitrarily changed to a video call with no notice to me! Upon contacting her office, the other 2 drs in this office are not available until mid June. Ridiculous.
Dr. Dompenciel is extremely kind and very knowledgeable. She responds promptly to portal messages. Her PA is good but the office staff can be difficult. Para mi, vale la pena.
Love this Doctor, important to share that because I can’t say the same for all Doctors generally! My need was urgent, started last June, labs and biopsy was scheduled urgently for me. I also had to take time off from work due to these medical issues and had Dr Dompencial’s full support. Biopsy results became available quickly setting the stage for treatment plan. I should mention also being part of Cleveland Clinic, I have access to Mychart and have leveraged that tool to get messages to Dr Dompencial to which she responds a... read more
