A no show twice at appointments. Called office 6 times between the two appointments and doctor blamed me. Could’ve been a technical difficulty but nothing mentioned. Doctor ignore texts from staff that I was trying to reach her. Patient Relations involved. Outcome at the end was me being transferred to Harrisburg Gi per request of myself with PCP. Don’t put your money into Penn State Gi department, go elsewhere to a practice/clinic that cares. Doctor refused to see and treat me.
