Went to Sacred Heart ER, waited 9.5 hrs for cardiac reasons to be seen.. When Dr. Serpas seen me in the triage room, she dismissed everything I was saying about my symptoms. As a cardiac patient for many yrs, 13 heart stents, radiation to the heart with never having a bad test..EKG, blood, nuclear etc. She had the attitude she is the Dr and therefore she is right!! You are always told, listen to your body, you know it best.. too bad this Dr doesn't listen to the patient.
