Michelle was a great help. We had a bit of an extended visit from what I am used too. I felt like she listened and heard me. Her care was excellent. My hormones are being straightened out.

Would give a 0 if I could. Got there at 3 for a 3:15 appointment and checked in at the front desk. Waited 35 minutes without hearing anything. I asked the lady behind the desk when I would be called back and she told me I had to go through a door labeled “Costello, Ultrasound”. Any logical person wouldn’t have just walked through a door labeled that. Michelle is AWESOME!! She listens to her patients and genuinely cares!! She always makes me feel important and never makes me feel like she is in a rush to get out of the room and on to the next patient. The rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful as well! They are also very quick to call back after I've left a message. I highly recommend!

My rating is not because I met the Dr. My rating is because the young lady at the front desk was impersonal and rude. I was handed about an 18 page novella to answer on the frontside, which also seemed a bit excessive. But, I just left without seeing the doctor because it was not a comforting nor welcoming engagement at the front desk. With a health concern, ALL of the staff should provide a sense of comfort. Tues. July 25. 2pm appt.
