I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by Dr. Delehant and her office staff. Everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful. The testing process was explained thoroughly. The actual testing went very smoothly and we got the results back quickly. I felt listened to and my original reason for seeking testing was addressed.
I am surprised by some of these reviews. We used Dr. Delehant several years ago for my daughter and she was very helpful in assisting us as we navigated the testing necessary to get us a proper diagnosis. I am grateful for Dr. Delehant’s expert advisement, it has helped tremendously.
I found the practice to be wonderful at first. I met with the doctor who I believed to be very thorough. I went through all the testing. Doctor was supposed to send me a copy of my paperwork and a referral for another specialist, I have never heard back from them. I found that to be very strange after dining all the paperwork stating their policies.
Terrible. I went through the entire online process of making appointment for my son. I uploaded most of the information that they needed. Then I realized that we couldn’t make our appointment time so I sent a message through their online portal letting them know I wanted to cancel. Someone did call me back verifying that they did get the message and that they are canceling my appointment and just asked that I called to reschedule. I tried to schedule an appointment for my father. The woman who answered the phone was clueless. Online it says there are July appointments but she said they are booked until September. She also stated they are parting ways with United Healthcare so by the time he actually has the first appointment they could no longer accept his coverage.
