I tried to schedule an appointment for my father. The woman who answered the phone was clueless. Online it says there are July appointments but she said they are booked until September. She also stated they are parting ways with United Healthcare so by the time he actually has the first appointment they could no longer accept his coverage. I got tested in January of 2024... they said my report would take at most 2 months... I did not receive it until September 2024 after having called and left messages multiple times, and there was a ton of misinformation that lead me to believe it was either rushed to be completed, or completed months later as there are claims that i played drums when this was never mentioned, the main diagnosis is now... back in question???, and they uploaded documents that were completed in 2023??? Help us so much with our Son, her diagnosis was right on.
Horrible office support staff. Michelle discriminates against gender and I don’t use credit cards so she won’t see my child because of the copayment. Her office staff threatens you and speaks down to you. I have all the messages.
