Dr. Chu and her entire staff are simply fantastic! From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your comfort. Dr. Chu is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you feel informed and at ease. She’s taken excellent care of both my wife and me, and we truly feel like we’re in great hands every time we visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist!
Been going to Dr. Chu for years. She is super thorough, talks through each of the steps and puts me at ease even when drilling for cavities. The mouth guard she made me fits very well
I've been coming to UR Dental for over 15 years. Dr. Chu is very patient and gentle with her patients. She takes the time to explain everything in detail. She's also very gentle with the patients and always checking to minimize discomfort during any dental procedures. It's not easy to find a good dentist from what I hear others say. So I always recommend Dr. Chu to my friends and family.
No doubt in my mind that Dr. Chu is an exceptional dentist. I have been seeing Dr. Chu over 10 years and this is a long overdue 5 Stars review. She is professional, very friendly and patient. During my visits, she makes sure not rush as well as cleaning thoroughly and gently. She is informative on all the procedures and costs. I feel that she is focused on helping the patient, rather than just doing it for the money. I am happy and grateful under her care!
