We have been going to Dr Berry for almost 35 years. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Doctoring is her gift!! She has been able to diagnose issues better than the specialists. She has an amazing staff as well.
Unfortunately I had to leave 1 star in order to leave a review, deserves zero. I have been trying to get a hold of the clinic for a week now, minus ONE person that I have talked to everyone else has been rude and filled with nothing but attitude. I got the excuse that they are short staffed…. So is where I work?!?!? Yet we are still able to get the job done CORRECTLY, in a timely manner and we don’t take it out on the client! Would give 0 stars if I could. Was assigned to them for primary care, but they will NOT answer their phone. My insurance company cannot get ahold of them, and neither can I. Will resort to going in person soon, at the very least to make sure this is an actual doctors office and not a front for insurance fraud. Their automated voicemail also warns of a $150 fee for calling outside of office hours. The absolutely unmitigated gall is astounding.
Amazing staff and care .
Very please with this Dr and staff. New patient but happy with everything so far. They make you feel like family.
