I saw Michelle for the first time today. I am new to the area being an implant from North Carolina. Michelle was attentive, efficient, compassionate to my medical history, and most importantly honest and to the point about my entire treatment plan. She has put in referrals to the proper specialties. I could not have been more impressed. I’m so impressed that my wife and daughter are going to use her as their PCP.
I can't speak highly enough of Michelle Baldwin. I came in with a complicated new health problem, and she was patient, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. She got me the specialist referral I needed and we came up with a plan to address my new health issues. She was exactly what I needed when I was overwhelmed and exhausted, and I'd recommend her in a heartbeat!
I have never left a negative review before, but I feel this warrants one. I saw Michelle today as a follow up to a hospital stay while out of town last week. My follow-up directions were to see my primary to discuss my diagnosis and to get referrals from there. Within a few minutes, she said I should be seeing the 2 specialists and they have to treat me. Yes, I'm aware that is the next step. I'm already being treated by one, but #1 I need a referral for the other, and #2 I was told to see my primary. She just stared at me. I... read more
The experience I had with Michelle Baldwin unfortunately was the exact opposite as the one Michael Wilson described. She was rude, told me that I checked in at 11:29 for an 11:20 appointment which was just flat out untrue. I told here that it may have been 11:21, and she said she’ll have to take that up with the front desk secretary. Basically told me that since I didn’t schedule a wellness exam that she didn’t have the time to give me.
