I have never felt as seen, heard, or understood by any professional as I do with Dr. Baker. I'm not just a passenger in my health, I'm helping point the way. She never has any issues explaining things, answering questions, or considering where I am on an issue. She's so kind and sweet, and it doesn't hurt that she's fun haha. Highly recommend!
Having Dr. Baker as my PCP feels like picking up a diamond out of a riverbed. I love how she listens to me and picks up on innocuous statements I make to give me care I didn't know I needed. I finally have control over my own healthcare with someone who can discuss treatment with me instead of telling me without options. I never feel rushed or insignificant, I feel valued as a patient and the symptoms I feel are real.
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Baker for my first visit, and I couldn't be more impressed with her care. She is incredibly personal and attentive, taking the time to listen and understand my healthcare needs. I immediately felt comfortable and confident in her expertise. Worst experience for a Primary Care Doctor. Took 2 weeks to get lab results back. I've called 7 times in 2 days to get the nurse to explain my results and have not heard from them. Also I was told by another doctor to have my primary care doctor prescribe me something and she wouldn't. No help from this Michelle Baker/so called Doctor. I'm going somewhere else. I can't recommed.
I had a great in person experience with Dr. Baker in the past, a first meeting for an eye issue. Then not a good experience. But, after trying to contact her for a specific issue dealing with a back issue, I was put to waiting for over the weekend (48hr window which passed, 6 days, including weekend) and extra days to receive an answer of no to the request for a steroid pack.
