Im so pleased with the care she has giving me she actually listens to me about my body.
Dr. Michelle Baker is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had. She actually listens. I never feel rushed, talked over, or dismissed. When I explain what’s going on, she takes me seriously and makes sure I fully understand everything. She’s also very responsive, which means a lot to me. It makes such a difference knowing I can reach out and get a thoughtful response instead of feeling ignored. For the first time, I truly feel seen and heard by my physician. I’m so grateful to have found her. Highly, highly recommend.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I saw Dr. Baker as my new PCP a couple of weeks ago. She is very bright and bubbly but serious too. She went over the plan for my care and concerns and asked if I was okay with it. Addressed all of my concerns. Very professional and thorough. Got back with me within a reasonable time with my labs results. **FYI for someone reading this: I’m in the medical field and labcorp (lab used with Baptist) will not send any lab results to the doctor until all tests are resulted so sometimes it can take up to 2-3 week... read more
I have never felt as seen, heard, or understood by any professional as I do with Dr. Baker. I'm not just a passenger in my health, I'm helping point the way. She never has any issues explaining things, answering questions, or considering where I am on an issue. She's so kind and sweet, and it doesn't hurt that she's fun haha. Highly recommend!
Having Dr. Baker as my PCP feels like picking up a diamond out of a riverbed. I love how she listens to me and picks up on innocuous statements I make to give me care I didn't know I needed. I finally have control over my own healthcare with someone who can discuss treatment with me instead of telling me without options. I never feel rushed or insignificant, I feel valued as a patient and the symptoms I feel are real.
