Michelle Armstrong with Sotheby's was the perfect person for selling our home. When she met with us, she provided a great deal of information about the process, her services, and what she believes is the best strategy for our home from a presentation and price perspective. She kept us informed every step of the way from the timing of the stagers, the photographer/videographer, etc. I believe her experience was the reason we got the best price for our home. Michelle was an excellent communicator from start to finish. Her market knowledge was spot‑on, and following her guidance on repairs, improvements, and staging led to multiple over‑ask offers. She also has a strong network of reliable vendors for painting, appliance repair, flooring, and more, which made the prep process smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend working with her.
