Not even worth the price. Ownership/management never inform tenants of anything. Woke up to construction being done on our roof at 7:30am with no notice. Construction lasted for months. Then painting started on all the buildings, lasted for months. Again, no notice until the work already started. Now, apparently the manager is gone and unavailable for the next week, so I had to try to catch the maintenance guy walking around to get any info about a maintenance request.
