Prompt, professional and courteous service. Omar was great.
I have been a state farm customer for probably over 30 years. Michelle is my second agent that I have dealt with. She has been very helpful over the years. What I dont like is that it seems that corporate does not listen to customers or the agents themselves. Increased rates, if you drop one policy they raise the others, just does not seem fair. Maybe it's all the regulations in California or maybe State farm does not want to do business in Calif. Anyway that is my biggest complaint
