She did a great job keeping my wife and I informed throughout my wife’s pregnancy and made sure we understood the information she had for us as well as proper documentation and informational packets to take home. Michelle was very thorough, informative, and compassionate.
I left my appointment feeling unimportant and unheard. From the moment I walked in the door it was as If I was an inconvenience from the office staff. Then in with Michelle I felt like I couldn't ask any questions. Each time I tried the answer I was given started with as I said.
