I so disheartened to leave this review. My Fiancee' reached out to Michelle the first week of October to inquire about starting Pre-Marital Counseling. They spoke for 20 minutes and he felt great about the conversation, and set up our first appointment with her on November 15th @ 10 am. Called and made a appointment showed up early for appointment waited and waited no one showed texted the business number no answer said we was waiting for our appointment at six waited until 6:15 called her no answer went to voicemail again left second message saying we had a appointment at 6 and and she didn’t show or call to reschedule. On Christmas Day, when I was feeling like I could not do this anymore, I called her to leave her a message but to my surprise she actually answers her phone how amazing is that. Well I felt bad taking time from her family to talk and she said such comforting words that mad me cry, she reminded me of my worth in this cruel world. She did not hang up until I was calm. Thank you god for blessing us with people in her profession that actually love what they do & do it with empathy. I recommend her to everyone .
