Dr. Spring and her team exceeded my expectations with my recent breast augmentation. I felt at ease through the entire process (initial consultation, preop, surgery and post op). Dr. Spring took the time to understand my goals and she executed them perfectly. I could not be happier with how smooth my procedure and healing process went. Additionally, the scars are very small, and the breast appear natural on my frame yet provide the enhancement I was seeking. I would definitely recommend her and her team!

I had microneedling done with Sarah with PDGF and my results are amazing. I couldn’t be happier. She set me up with a personalized skincare routine and I get compliments all the time on how good my skin looks. I’m having her do a series of laser hair removal now. Everyone at Mountain west is so welcoming and I felt so comfortable there. Would highly recommend for any cosmetic treatments.
