I am new to this doctor. However, after trying to reach her or office staff to schedule recommended tests for five days, I am skeptical about going forward with her practice.
I am always pleased with my visits with Dr. Shelton. She is very caring and attentive to my needs as her patient and she shows that same level of care with other patients also.
She is the best! Been with her for years
I have tried to see Dr. Shelton made an appointment arrived 30mins ahead of schedule. However only to wait outside for 1h30mins no show office closed WOW. You would think the staff would call her potential clients. Also called West Memphis & Memphis using two phone trying and to reach her office staff on the phone called the appointment line/etc.. no answer WOW. Finally, after 3hrs of calling no appt patients will have to get the doctor to call me back. Ok, Three weeks no call or answer. WOW
Dr. Shelton is great, love her bedside manner. She takes her time w/ each patient & is extremely thorough. The only complaint I ever have is w/ scheduling appointments & getting refills for meds or lab results. I haveve been w/ Dr. Shelton for years, & some how she never can get competent staff. If you can get past the staff, you'll have a wonderful doctor for life, but the staff is a huge problem
Great doctor. She really care about you and your well being. She listen to what is going on with you. Dr. Shelton explain and give you information on what is going on with you. Dr. Shelton is a blessing. I just hated going to the doctor til I meet her.
