Upon arrival 15 mins before my appt everything & everybody was waiting for me. Check-in was a breeze, financial dept. made me aware of what wil take place, Michelle, MA greeted me started on me right away and Dr. Cairo stole the show. Very informative of what became, how she will make me better and what’s to come afterwards. I am at the right place in the right hands. Dr. Terry & staff all was so kind; again very informative and comforting thru both of my appts. Texas Oncology was a great choice. God has a plan🙏🏾
I have multiple pre-existing conditions that affect my treatment options. When she walked in, Dr. Cairo immediately acknowledged this and put me at ease. She proceeded to go through all my conditions and associated medications, offered research-based personalized recommendations and asked me, my husband and daughter if we had any questions. I am a retired physician who taught ethics and communication skills, and was extremely happy with her.
