I am waiting for Michelin North INC to make a decision on the Michelin faulty tires that were sold to me by NTB/Mavis In Forest City, NC. Case number: 04512337. I have the inspection, video, and 3 mechanic witness testimonies. My experience with NTB/Mavis tires in Forest City, NC was excellent. They sold me Michelin, All Surface tires in May 2024, but the tires were faulty and started developing tiny needle sized holes in two of the four tires sold to me.
