I just felt really not cared for, and a lack of communication. An error was made, I'm told not from any of the team personally, but this was only told to me 20 minutes into handing my keys over the first time. Booked in for a 6 month balance & alignment of new tyres. Over 2 hours later still waiting. Staff could not care less. Dreadful service and what makes it worse is had the same experience of waiting time when I had the 3 month service done. Been coming here for over 15 years and have had always had excellent service. Now considering going to a different company or finding a franchise store where they actually care.

Lack of knowledge on my car. Too much time spent banging on another client tyre too short on my car. Alignment done wrong. Receptionist did not informed my input to technician. Back to rectified a wrong align. Still not happy with it. I suspect lack of proper tool to reach into the adjustment eccentric. I’ going to see somewhere else.

How this place has so many stars is a mystery, needed a puncture repair done on a tyre off my wife’s car. No interest whatsoever in helping out. Not everyone needs 4 new tyres every time they work through the door. Edit after response from owner - I never asked for the repair yo be done immediately. It was 10am and you’re open until 4pm on a Saturday. Quick, efficient and good tyres - I booked and paid for them online - had to chase up the store as they hadn’t confirmed my booking, just as well as they needed to order in the tyres - I also didn’t realise that I didn’t get automatic wheel alignment with four new tyres - other than that it was fine.
