I’m very grateful for the lady in the reception for booking me in on short notice for a puncture repair. Unfortunately, it turned out that my rim was cracked, so the repair couldn’t be done. However, the lady at the reception and the person who inspected the tyre were both extremely helpful and professional. I really appreciated their customer service. Highly recommend them!

The office was very nicely appointed with a spacious waiting area. The lady at the reception has amazing customer service!! The workshop staff was also very friendly, thorough and helpful. I went there for a nitrogen top up and they found a punctured tire and helped me to fix it promptly. Definitely a good and reliable place to go to!

I booked and paid online for a tyre change (four tyres) and scheduled my appointment. But when I showed up, the store hadn’t received the tyres and didn’t even have my booking in the system. It ended up being a wasted trip and a waste of fuel. Luckily, one of your receptionists was helpful and rebooked me for the next day. However, only two of the four tyres were available.
