Utterly Unprofessional!!!! No value for others time. I booked an appointment for replacing a tyre. On the day after I waited there for an hour, I was told tyre isn't available yet. Then they gave an option which is expensive and of a different brand. Great customer service. In the end, they do say "Sorry".

Went to fix a punctured tire on a tight schedule, arrived for 2 people to walk through reception and not say anything. Someone in front of me was waiting for 10 minutes and I was second in line, decided to leave for a tire shop 3 minutes down the road and got served within a minute of arriving
the manager is terrible and racist as all hell. cancels a job interview because i wouldn't be the right cultural fit for the team. and after recent reviews i've seen, she's letting the store down really bad compared to when josh was running it. i'd personally go to taringa or ipswich before going there. edit; hahahaha i have a full recording of her saying i am not the "right cultural fit" and "don't bother coming in". dont start with me. it's being sent to head office in melbourne :)
