Miserable old lady always answers the phone. Schedule oil delivery early morning and somehow the owner of the place forgot to put me on the log for the day. Do not recommend this place unless you like to receive attitude on the phone with every transaction
Great service
I called Micheletti oil for fear that boiler in my new house needed to be replaced as the inspector said was likely. Joe came out same day I called. He took a look and recommended some replacement parts but not a total replacement and gave a great price. He came out to do the work on a Saturday morning when we were available even in their busy season. He recommended calling for oil when we had about 1/4 tank left. They came out to deliver same day I called! Great hometown service
