During my recent visit to town, I had the luck of securing a last-minute appointment for a facial. Which I truly appreciate! My esthetician, Makaih, was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, which made the entire experience delightful. She was gentle throughout the treatment, ensuring my comfort at all times. If I could give 0 stars I would . They completely chopped all my hair to the point where I can’t style it and it’s way too short. Even with extensions you can still see the bad cut. Unfortunately I was going through something extreme the day after I got it done so I couldn’t notice how bad it looked to request a refund . I will never trust a stylist with my hair again and who knows how long it will take to grow back out even with all the expensive products I had to buy.

I went in for a free consultation. Elona was the stylist that I saw. She was prompt and friendly. We discussed what I was wanting for my hair, and she gave her expert opinion, which was why I did the consultation. To my surprise, she was able to actually work me in and cut my hair during the consultation, which worked out perfectly for me! I did schedule a color in a few weeks with her. I have had multiple people compliment me on my cut!! The salon is clean and really nice. Prices are perfect!
