Michele is a great person. I love going to her and getting my nails done. She’s very talented and has a great personality. We have a great relationship and I know I can trust her to do anything with my nails.
The service here is amazing and so are the prices. Asia takes such good care of me and puts in so much effort to make sure my nails are flawless. She pays close attention to the details and still makes time for great conversation. I’ve never felt more comfortable in someone’s chair.
I paid $50 for a soak-off and regular manicure. I was not informed before the service that regular polish would take a full 24 hours to dry. I had to work shortly after my appointment, and the nails chipped quickly. When I asked about a partial refund, I was only offered a repaint or a future discount and was told the issue was due to not “taking care” of them. I wish expectations and dry time had been clearly explained upfront so I could have chosen gel or rescheduled.
