Michele is very good. I try to go once a month. She has really helped me with my neck and lower back. I also have issues with piriformis and the stretching that she does helps me a lot. I love the hot and cold stones as well. Michele is very good about listening to your needs and putting as much or as little pressure as needed. I highly recommend.
I'm a firm believer in regular massages to maintain your overall health. Life sometimes gets in the way; as it did for me several months ago. I called Michele and she was able to get me in on very short notice as my lower back and hips were causing me so much pain. She effortlessly worked out my knots and released my "menopause hips". She provided ample & consistent pressure during my deep tissue massage. She listened to me, providing extra focus on the areas I specified having discomfort.
