Getting funded for our loan was a great experience thanks to the very professional services provided by RPM Mortgage company.
Terrible. I was told things that werent true the whole time. For example, my agent and I were told the appraisal fee would be waved probably to get us in the door, only to find out we were made to pay over $700 for it at closing. Standard appraisal fee is around $500. That was just for starters.
I'm a single mom of 3. My credit isn't the best and my solo income was questionable. Michelle Town and her Amazing help me Close Escrow in 25 DAYS- no cosigner needed no constant refaxing financials no headaches!!! The rates and variety of banks were perfect...seemed to be lower than others. Every one in this deal did not have much hope for me especially-seller..sellers agent etc....
