Dr. Rushton seemed like a kind Dr.who listened. I was her patient for 1 1/2 years. My relationship to her was uneventful and I had appt every 3 month and that was pretty much all I needed. Then I injured my rotator cuff in right shoulder. The pain was terrible. This is when everything changed. I called because the pain would become unbearable and I didn't know what had happened at the time. Dr. Rushton never saw me for the shoulder. I was sent to have an x-ray and that was all. Dr. Rushton is a kind, intelligent and caring Doctor. I never felt rushed. Her exams and responses to my health concerns were thorough. Her team was responsive. I am so bummed that she is leaving. If you are reading this because you are considering choosing her for your medical care, consider yourself very lucky to have her as an option..
Website says she is accepting new patients but when I called I was told that she was not. No offer to help me find another doctor, no referral, NOTHING.
