I love Dr. Pepperell and the whole team! I’ve been her patient for over 10 years (since I was 15). I have family members and friends who see her too. Dr. Pepperell has helped with my endo pain so much I highly recommend her! The ultrasound techs are quick and make it as comfortable as possible. Clinical staff and MAs are super responsive and helpful when I have any questions or urgent issues. I also love how the front desk staff decorates the whole office for holidays to make it warm and inviting!
I almost hesitate to write this review because I don’t want her to get so busy that I can’t get in—but she truly deserves it. She and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to go through every option and never make you feel rushed. Her only goal is to help patients feel healthier, truly heard, and to improve their quality of life—even when it means gently encouraging them toward things they may not want to do at first. Absolutely love her!!! She listens to everything and she is very kind. I have been her patient for more than 3 years now. If I have any problem the staff is always responding asap. I like all the nurses in her office they are sweet!! Defintely recommend her for all her knowledge and expertise.
I highly recommend Dr. Pepperell! She is very attentive to one’s concerns/questions. I had a thorough exam. I never felt rushed. She is personable and very easy to talk to. Excellent staff!! I was so pleased with my visit. Thank you!
Dr. Pepperell is my absolute favorite GYN doctor. I have been a patient of hers for over 13 years! She is smart, thorough, a great listener, and kind! I can not imagine seeing any other GYN other than her, except for Dr. McClure, who is just as amazing!
