Excellent! Very thorough in explaining every step of the root canal, ensuring maximum comfort (sunglasses for the bright lights, Vaseline on the lips before the procedure, a “pillow” for the other side of your mouth to help you prop it open more comfortably), and being sensitive and responsive to minimizing any pain. I had 2 root canals over the last few years, both with her. The office is clean and staff is very professional. Highly recommend
I went to Dr. Nguyen somewhat by accident, as my dentist had referred me to a colleague in her office, but that colleague did not take insurance and Dr. Nguyen (pronounced like "Win") does. So I tried her and she was great (as was the staff at Endodontic Associates). She did an amazing job in correcting issues I had with my teeth. She was able to fix these issues quickly and effectively, which I needed due to the amount of pain I was feeling. She is definitely my go to person when it comes to my dental health.
Dr. Nguyen (pronounced Wen) was Chief Resident twice. She is efficient yet thorough, kind yet practical. And you get a root canal with a view (at least I did). Happy to have the procedure done the same day so the healing can begin. The front desk manager is delightful. Maria was too. I don't think Dr. Nguyen has many reviews yet because she does not self promote.
