Michele and her team have been an excellent support to have on our side. Michele personally found cost saving options for our family and helped make sure we were protected in case of an accident. She always remembers us and is nothing but the best, even when we brought in our fussy little babe, ready for his nap! She is a very knowledgeable and smart financial advisor and solution maker.
To make a long story short this agent is so focused on selling state farm products, the office forgets to update policy changes . If you have this agent better double check your policies to make sure you have the coverage you asked for. It took me 3x's asking to change my auto policy to include comp & collision on a car purchased with a loan and they forgot to add it twice!!!
