I am posting this review anonymously to protect my health information - a courtesy I was not provided by this provider. I would not recommend this physician. Dr. Jordan is nice and very personable, however during my visit she was texting with her daughter and even took a phone call from her while sitting in the exam room. While I understand that sometimes we need to take calls from children, it would have been more appropriate for Dr. Jordan to excuse herself and step out of the room. I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this doctor. This was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 20 minutes in the exam room, during which I could clearly hear the doctor and staff loudly talking and laughing for an extended period instead of attending to patients. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jordan for almost a year. I recently had some bloodwork done and shortly after became very ill. Her office kept calling me telling me it was imperative that I come in to go over my bloodwork. I told them that I was in the hospital but made an appointment for the following week. As it turned out, I was intubated the next day for 9 days. I made an appointment with her as soon as I was able. I had to pay my $20 co pay, some misc charges and $50 for a missed appointment.
