After over a decade with this agency, I am finished doing business with them. I was actually attempting to give them more money after remodeling and expanding my home I wanted to the increase coverage amount. Almost a year has passed and they have failed to return calls, did not increase coverage as requested, and are just unprofessional.
I DO NOT recommend that anyone gets insurance through this office. They are rude. They do not explain anything. They do not answer the phone. It takes 3-5 for a call back for an accident. I changed agents because of the way I was treated. The cooperate office is not happy about this office as well. I have 2 standing complaints against this office. I do not look for them to be in business much longer
