I originally met Dr Hornstein when I was a pharmaceutical salesman. She was nice & seemed knowledgeable. Eventually, I moved to Ocala & chose her as my PCP. In the beginning, she was good. But, I barely needed any care back then. I began to grow older & started having some issues. It started with a swollen gland in my neck. Dr Michele Hornstein is The Most Caring Dr,She Listens And Shows Compassion and Empathy .Sometimes There are Mix Ups , and Some of her Schedulers Can be A Bit Rude,Most Are Proficient and Caring, Her Nurse Ruby is Amazing. They Can Work on The Rest, I Will Not Change My Doctor.She is A Wonderful Dr. Advent Health Needs to Upgrade their Phone Response, and Answering Systems.
Caring, proactive and very compassionate physician. Listens and reacts. Highly recommend.
