Dr Michele Hornstein is The Most Caring Dr,She Listens And Shows Compassion and Empathy .Sometimes There are Mix Ups , and Some of her Schedulers Can be A Bit Rude,Most Are Proficient and Caring, Her Nurse Ruby is Amazing. They Can Work on The Rest, I Will Not Change My Doctor.She is A Wonderful Dr. Advent Health Needs to Upgrade their Phone Response, and Answering Systems.

I've only been a patient here for just under a year. I had an issue with forms being sent for blood work. Called office several times and no one answered, I left a heated message. I had to cancel my follow-up appointment because my paperwork was not sent to the lab. When I called the following day to do so, the staff was rude and said she would cancel and was about to hang up.
