When Dr. Sun started with Mercy, I was probably within her first 100 patients. She was VERY helpful, she listened, she responded to messages within hours, and she really seemed to be my medical advocate. No more. I guess she got comfortable providing average care and only when she wants. She no longer provides basics like responding to MyMercy messages in a timely manner. Dr. Sun provided excellent care in the midst of a serious health scare. She was not only extremely thorough, but thoughtful and reassuring while addressing all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her!
Doesn't listen to patient requests and is useless for anything other than reading your blood work.
Nice visit for first time patient.
