Clinically excellent, compassionate, and very responsive- it is SUCH a delight to call a doctor’s office and be listened to!
My experience with Dr. Michele Leder and her practice was deeply disappointing. Michele is largely unavailable, inattentive, and the office is run in a way that makes even basic care unnecessarily difficult to obtain. Communication is consistently poor. The office is extremely difficult to reach - calls are frequently dropped without return, emails and portal messages go unanswered for days, and the front desk staff are unhelpful and often obstructive.
