An M&G Executive Assistant deactivated my account last year and falsely labeled me as having an attitude and being unprofessional, when I have absolutely no idea what she was referring to because she wouldn't tell me anything.  I asked for proof that showed me having an attitude and lacking professionalism, or at least whatever comments were supposedly received.  My request was ignored... I do not recommend M&G. M&G promotes unfair employment practices and employee mistreatment. My latest paycheck is several hundred dollars short. After confronting them, they refused to address the situation. Upon pushing the issue, their response was to remove me from the upcoming events they had booked for me. They refuse to respond to any attempts to contact. After speaking with other employees I've discovered I am not the first employee this has happened to and I fear I won't be the last. I've worked for 30+ modeling agencies and Michele & Group is by far my favorite. Every agent I've worked with has been BEYOND accommodating, kind, professional, and efficient. They are committed to their clients and models and have excellent ( and timely) communication. I work in a different time zone from them and I can always reach someone to answer a last minute question. They're clients are HIGH-END & reputable and they pay extremely well because of it.
