She got bills months before they were sent to collections and would not talk to me about payments plus the bill some else had picked up once it was scent to collections and when I tried calling she made me repeat myself so many times and she could bearly speak. Mu husband went to her office in business hours and it was locked up and when he called she wouldn't speak to him but I work the hours she claims to be open took calling a few times over weeks and that led no where.
If I could rate this rude grandma a 0 I would! She's very rude and is in desperate need of a different career! Very unprofessional and if you have large amounts of money to send for payoffs she will not take card. You are required to send through the mail which I find scary and non professional. No wonder why her rating is so low!
Based on our experience.. interactions were professional and reasonable. Not every situation is the same but ours was handled fairly and without issue
What a horrible, insensitive person. I called on behalf of my husband who couldn’t come to the phone, she said she couldn’t talk to anyone but him and then HUNG UP ON ME!
If I could give this person a zero, I would. I have never dealt with anyone who is less understanding or sympathetic. It must be sad to be this type of person every day!!
