What a horrible, insensitive person. I called on behalf of my husband who couldn’t come to the phone, she said she couldn’t talk to anyone but him and then HUNG UP ON ME!
If I could give this person a zero, I would. I have never dealt with anyone who is less understanding or sympathetic. It must be sad to be this type of person every day!!
They don’t send emails or letters letting you know they received payment from them and the remaining balance that’s due, they send a letter once it’s paid in full… super sketchy..
agreed to settle then wouldn't write up an agreement saying was paid in full. says she will just go after my paycheck. she should get no stars from anyone
