One of the worst human beings I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you find yourself dealing with this soulless husk of a human I pity you. Will do anything she can to hurt you even further then you already are. Barely any communication, and when there is it's already too late. Michelle and her “assistant” were very very rude, right off the bat. I called to pay, was not argumentative or confrontational, just called to pay. They were rude and it was like a game to them. She would ask me a question and when I would answer she would cut me off and then just say the opposite. How about you just tell me then?? Also she sounds like she’s 90 and needs to retire, they could barely answer the phone. Definitely don’t trust them to take payments
