I keep up to date on new medications and treatment plans to give my patients the best chance of getting and staying healthy. Treasure Coast Urgent Care is not the place to go if you're looking for compassionate care. Dr Libman gave me a shot called Toradol used for temporary pain relief (which isn't appropriate for my condition) and two other medications with no refills for high hamstring tendinopathy - a chronic condidtion, and shingles. A five minute visit at best with her foot out the door.
On 8/16 we had a medical situation and called TCUC. We Knew that going to the ER meant no one goes in but the person needing treatment. TCUC sent us To the Primary Care office for a covid test. Test results were back quickly (no Covid) and had us back in the office ready & willing to help. I am beyond grateful for the service they provide. The care, professionalism and willingness to help. To Dr Libman and her team, thank you for caring, your practice is truly an asset to our community.
I highly recommend Dr. Libman. I never feel rushed and her examinations are thorough. I always feel the care I receive is excellent.
This is a Little Shop of Horrors. I would avoid unless you want to be swept into the mess. Appointments made and reminder cards given to patients. Then when the date rolls around, "We are not sure why we do not have you in our schedule.).. Prescription ordering can be a total fiasco. This office has cost me money out of pocket by not listening to my instructions. Long time patient discharged from hospital and told to be seen by PCP 1 week later. But per Samantha, they don’t have any openings until April. They had one cancellation on 11/28 that doesn’t work with my other doctors appts. When I asked to be transferred to the nurses line because a receptionist shouldn’t be deciding the medical necessity of a patient’s appt timelines, I was told by Samantha that she spoke with the manger, and that don’t move existing PT appts because someone else is sick.
Dr. Libman is an exceptional physician. She really cares about her patients and the quality of her work. She is a great listener and has helped myself and my family members on numerous visits. Her staff is excellent too, all my health concerns and issues were addressed. It is very convenient having office hours on Saturday and Sunday along with some extended weekday evening hours. My insurance was accepted and filed. I highly recommend her and TC Urgent Care.
Dr Libman has been our family doctor for the last 7+ years and sees my husband who is pretty easy, my now 21 yr old daughter who has had some difficult situations, & myself. I have extensive medical history and really difficult issues to manage. Due to her background in Emergency Medicine, she is able to handle anything we've thrown at her! I'm always comfortable with her opinions no matter what my family is dealing with!
I am or should I was a patient at her Port St. Lucie office!! I became a new pt with her Gyn doctor in that office. I had blood work done it was back for over a week I called and left four messages to be called back about the results of my blood work because I was waiting on prescriptions and hormone levels and each time I was told the doctor or her assistant or call me back as soon as possible and nobody ever called me back! Very disappointed in this as I am waiting to be put on Medicine! I
